The Consultant starts Free — the Core Customs Determination category in full (classification, valuation, origin), and it stays free. It’s invite-only while we’re in early access; it won’t stay that way. Pro (€89/mo) opens all eight knowledge categories and much more. Max plans give 3×, 5× or 10× Pro usage. Exact allowances are confirmed in-app at signup.

Can I try the Orchestrator for free?
Not yet — it's configured with you, so it's demo-led today. A free self-serve entry is on the way as the Assistant matures.

Turning the AI roles on later is a change of plan, not a re-implementation: your tier, your configuration and your compliance services carry over. No migration, no re-integration, no interruption.

How it's billed
- Fixed, or fixed plus volume
- A fixed periodic fee, or a fixed fee with a per-transaction component that tracks what you actually process — declarations filed, origins calculated. It is your call which fits your business.
- Card or purchase order
- Smaller operations pay by card, monthly. Larger ones run on a purchase order with annual coverage. Procurement route and pricing are separate decisions — neither constrains the other.
Free self-serve tier — coming. A limited, try-it-yourself entry is on the way as the Assistant matures. Not available yet.

ViCS · Compliance Services
The services that plug in.
Modular compliance services — Declaration Management, Goods Accounting, Product Classification, Origin Certification, Export Control, Product Valuation, Supplier Solicitation — attach to the Orchestrator, or run on their own. Acquired in-app and billed on what you process, not a flat licence.
Hold both, and they close the loop.
Run your operations and advise on your own data, and the two start to feed each other — operations sharpen the advice, the advice improves operations. Hold both, and the shared data foundation is billed once, not twice. There's no ladder and no funnel: start wherever you like, and add the other when it helps.
Prices exclude VAT. Once self-serve signup opens, VAT will be applied based on your location.
