BRUSSELS; July 31, 2026 — Viictor as a Consultant opens this autumn to a small, invitation-only group of customs and trade-compliance professionals. We are aiming for September 2026.
The Consultant is the part of Viictor you ask. It answers customs questions the way a good colleague does — with its reasoning visible and its sources named, grounded in your own products, parties and trade lanes rather than in whatever the open web happens to say. It advises; it does not act. The decision, and the accountability that comes with it, stay where they belong.
We could have opened the doors and let people find their own way in. We would rather get it right first, with people who do this work every day. So the first group is small and hand-picked, we onboard each of them ourselves, and what they tell us goes into the product rather than into a backlog.
Everyone in the cohort gets everything in Pro, free until 30 November 2026 — all eight knowledge categories, and their own master data. No credit card is asked for, then or later. When the feedback period ends you keep a Free account unless you choose to continue.
Free is worth saying something about, because it is not a teaser. It carries Core Customs Determination in full — classification, valuation and origin — for anyone, permanently. The plans are different starting points, not rungs.
Places are limited and allocated by hand. Every request is read by a person and answered by one. If this is the kind of thing you would like to put in front of your own expertise, request early access.
Running compliance operations at scale is a different job, and a different product — that is the Orchestrator. If that is closer to your situation, book a demo instead.
